When we manage a building for our clients, we also act as their exclusive brokers. Our expert brokerage staff will minimize vacancy loss. We prepare and monitor annual budgets and provide our clients with monthly computerized financial statements. Furthermore, we physically inspect each property regularly to establish up-to-the-minute maintenance to prevent physical deterioration.
In the management of our clients’ buildings, we designate a two person team who can field all inquiries and who will be responsible for the management of the property and buildings. This approach affords us the effective communication essential in any business relationship.
