(Rosemont, Illinois) - Epic Realty Partners is pleased to announce that the firm's partners Ed Brandt and Phil Rosenberg have recently completed an industrial lease and an office lease in Wood Dale and Bensenville, Illinois.

In the first transaction, Rieger Printing Ink leased 8,000 square feet within the 60,000 square foot manufacturing building at 840 Lively Blvd. in Wood Dale, Illinois. Rieger Printing is the largest independent ink manufacturer headquartered in Canada. Brandt and Rosenberg represented the property owner, Twinplex. Rieger Printing was represented by Tom Gath of Owen Wagener.

Brandt and Rosenberg also completed an office lease to Elite Transport at 770 Foster in Bensenville, Illinois. The firm subleased the 1,770 square foot facility from Transmec MP USA LLC. Brandt and Rosenberg represented both Transmec and Elite Transport in the lease negotiations.
