(Rosemont, Illinois) – Epic Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that the firm has recently completed a 260,000 square foot industrial lease in Chicago, Illinois.
Phil Rosenberg and Ed Brandt, Partners of Epic Realty Partners, completed the industrial lease at 4100 W. 76th Street on behalf of Rapid Displays Inc. The Chicago-based producer of point-of-sale displays for major product suppliers, such as Microsoft and Jim Beam, operates numerous locations in the Chicago market as well as a distribution center in Southern California. Rapid Displays leased the 260,000 square foot building located in the Ford City industrial area, for its primary distribution and value added assembly facility. The firm plans to consolidate all of its Chicago distribution activities at this location to be known as Rapid Logistics.
Rosenberg and Brandt represented Rapid Displays in the lease transaction. Insite Real Estate Development, the property owner, was self-represented by Ted Praspolous and Dan Kostelny.
