(Rosemont, IL) – Epic Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that Jeff W. Rosenbloom has joined the firm as a broker.

As a broker on the South Side team, Rosenbloom will report to team leader, Jeffrey Locascio. The team will focus on the South Side of Chicago, the south suburban and northwest Indiana industrial markets. Rosenbloom previously served as a senior associate with Grubb & Ellis and maintains nearly five years of experience in the industry. A resident of Chicago, he achieved his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and a Candidate Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Rosenbloom is also a member of the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce, The International Trade Council for Logistics, The Urban Land Institute, and the Chicagoland Intermodal Association.
